Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail tracked services. If your country is listed at checkout, we can deliver to you.


What service do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for overseas deliveries.


How long does shipping take?

UK:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: typically 2 working days from dispatch (not guaranteed).

International:

  • Europe: typically 5–7 working days

  • Rest of world (Zones 1 & 2): typically 3–4 weeks

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs checks, or events outside our control.


What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?

UK:

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us via our Contact Form.

  • All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. If Royal Mail attempted delivery and you weren’t available, your parcel will be held at your local delivery office — you’ll need to collect or arrange re-delivery.

  • If Royal Mail has lost your parcel, you’ll need to open a claim with them. We’ll help guide you through the process.

International:

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of dispatch, contact us via our Contact Form.


How do you price shipping?

Our prices are based on Royal Mail’s published rates. These are calculated by the size and weight of your order and shown at checkout.


What if I receive my item and it doesn’t fit?

No problem — as long as it’s within our 30-day returns window and in resaleable condition. A £3.50 return fee applies to change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, unless the item is faulty.

What if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours via our Contact Form. We’ll arrange a replacement and cover return postage.


How do I choose which size to order?

You’ll find a sizing chart on each product page with measurements and guidance. Please check this carefully before ordering.

If an item is out of stock, when will it be back?

If something you like is sold out, contact us via our Contact Form and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back.
