Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

 

What Service do you use?

We use Royal Mail services both at home and internationally and your parcel will fall into one of the following categories: 

  • UK 1st Class
  • UK 2nd Class
  • UK Special Delivery
  • International Tracked and Signed (Europe, Zone 1 and Zone 2 countries) 

 

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time depends on which of the categories you choose. 

We dispatch orders within 1 working day of ordering.

First Class (UK) - 1-2 working days for delivery 
Second Class (UK) - 2-3 working days for delivery.
Special delivery - guaranteed next working day.

Please note that orders are processed in the morning and if we have not received an order for special delivery by 8AM, it will be processed and dispatched the following day. 

International parcels can vary from five to seven working days to Europe and three to four weeks to Zone 1 and 2. 

It is obvious but worth stating that if you give us an incomplete address or wrong address, you will not receive your parcel, so this is critical but remains one of our biggest time consuming areas. It is not our responsibility to get the item to you if you have not provided a correct and accurate address.

What happens if my order hasn't arrived?

If you're in the UK and your order hasn't shown up within 7 working days, please send us an email bringing this to our attention. We will do our best to solve the issue. Please do not leave it longer than this, as it will become harder to resolve.

For outside the UK, please contact us within 28 working days. 

How do you price shipping? 

Our prices are based upon Royal Mail published rates. You can check the prices on the Royal Mail website and will see that these are weight dependent. We add a small percentage for processing, packing, and dispatching orders.

 

What if I receive my item and it's the wrong size?

How do I choose which size to order?

You will find a sizing chart alongside every product that is classified as clothing. There is a button next to the "Add to Cart" button. Please make sure you look at these and also read the product description accompanying each product for further guidance. We do not want you to make a mistake and have produced information that should help you decide your size. If you want to check with us, please email us here

 

If an item is out of stock, how long until it will be back in stock?

If you cannot see an item you like, or something has run out of stock, feel free to send us an email here and we'll let you know if and when they're being restocked. Alternatively, keep an eye on our social media pages as that's where we post all the updates on clothing, including restocks. These social links can be found at the bottom of the page.

 

When is your Customer Service open? 

Our customer service is open most days. We are a small business and multitask, so we do not have the facilities to be on this constantly, however we try to deal with communications every day. You can get in touch with us by e-mail and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you would like us to call you, then please email your number and availability and we will call you.
