🌍 Where we ship

We ship worldwide — absolutely everywhere that Royal Mail can deliver.


📦 Delivery services we use

We send all orders via Royal Mail tracked services:

UK

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – estimated 2 working days from dispatch, fully tracked with delivery confirmation.

International

  • International Tracked & Signed (Europe, Zone 1, and Zone 2 countries)


⏱ Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri).


🌐 Delivery times

  • UK Tracked 48: 2 working days from dispatch (estimate, not guaranteed)

  • Europe: typically 5–7 working days

  • Rest of world (Zones 1 & 2): typically 3–4 weeks

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, postal delays, or circumstances outside our control.


💡 Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address when ordering.
If the address is incomplete or incorrect, your parcel will not reach you! This is one of the most common delivery issues we see. We cannot replace or refund items lost due to incorrect address details.


💷 Shipping costs

Our prices are based on Royal Mail’s published rates, which are competitive. Rates are calculated by the size and weight of your order, and will be shown at checkout.


🔄 Returns & refunds

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges. For full details on how to return an item, please see our Returns Policy.


📭 If your order hasn’t arrived

UK customers

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us via our Contact Form so we can help.

  • All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. If Royal Mail has attempted delivery and you weren’t available, your parcel will be held at your local delivery office — you’ll need to collect or arrange re-delivery directly.

  • If Royal Mail has lost the parcel, you’ll need to open a claim with them. We’ll help guide you through this process.

International customers

  • Please allow the full estimated delivery time before contacting us.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of dispatch, get in touch via our Contact Form.


⚠ Circumstances beyond our control

We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control — for example, extreme weather, postal strikes, or customs delays.
