  • We’ll confirm acceptance by email. If we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

  • Please check your delivery details carefully. We can’t be responsible for orders that don’t arrive due to an incorrect address being provided.

3. Prices & payment

  • All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, customs delays).

5. Returns & refunds

  • You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

  • In addition, we accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from purchase via our Shopify self-serve returns portal.

  • Return fee: For change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, a £3.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, there’s no fee and we cover return postage.

  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with packaging and invoice included, and suitable for resale.
