BQR Returns Policy.
*Christmas returns policy*
If you have started your christmas shopping and haven't left it till Christmas eve like we do here at BQR HQ then good on you! We have now extended our returns policy for all Christmas orders until January 15th 2021. You can now shop worry free and know that if it doesn't fit we will honour your purchase/returns up until this date. The policy on the way goods need to be returned is as below and doesn't change.
Want to return an item of clothing, or swap sizes?
Any products, regardless of the reason must be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return an item, please complete the Returns form, and send back with the item. When you post the item, please make sure you receive a proof of postage certificate from the Post Office.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with the packing slip/invoice. They must not have hairs, fibres or stains on the items, nor smell of pets, smoke, perfume or fabric conditioner. We must be able to re-sell the product.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, we will replace it free of charge as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Send us an email here.
We will need you to return the faulty item so that we can see what went wrong. As soon as we receive the faulty item back, we'll send out the replacement. We will reimburse the postage cost of return to the limit of Royal Mail Second Class.
When you return an item to us, please ask at the Post Office counter for a certificate of postage. Otherwise, if your item goes missing there is nothing we can do and will be unable to offer you the exchange or refund.
We will not refund or replace items that have been damaged through wear and tear, accidental damage, ripping, or staining.
If you are returning the product as a result of a mistake made by us, i.e. we sent the wrong size, then the responsibility for postage costs for an exchange is ours. If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong garment and want to exchange then the responsibility for postage costs is yours.

When completing the Returns Form or e-mailing us, please make sure that you use the same name and e-mail address that you placed the order with so we can easily find you on our system.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
If you are returning an entire order for a refund, please remember to return the free gifts that were sent out alongside. This includes stickers, wristband and lanyard (where applicable). If these are not returned, then we will deduct the cost of the items from your refund. If you are exchanging the item or returning part of your order then you can keep hold of these.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and have either refunded or sent a replacement out.
If we are dissatisfied with the returned item, we will contact you.
