Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works.
1. Return period

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it for a refund (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from purchase via our self-serve returns system.

After 30 days, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
2. Condition of items
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition you received them

Be in the original packaging, with the packing slip/invoice included

Be free from hairs, fibres, stains, pet smells, smoke, perfume, or fabric conditioner

Be suitable for resale
We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
3. How to start a return

Go to our Account Login page and log in using the same email address you used to place your order.

View the order you’d like to return.

Click Request return and follow the on-screen instructions to generate your return label.
4. Return fees

Change of mind / wrong size: a £3.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.

Our mistake or faulty item: no return fee — we’ll cover the cost.
5. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty item or we send the wrong product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact Form.

We’ll replace it free of charge and reimburse your return postage (up to the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class) if not using our provided label.

You’ll need to return the original item so we can inspect it before sending a replacement.
6. Free gifts with returns

If you’re returning your entire order for a refund, please include any free gifts (stickers, wristbands, lanyards, etc.).

If these aren’t returned, we’ll deduct their value from your refund.

You can keep free gifts if you’re exchanging or returning only part of your order.
7. Processing your return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s been approved for a refund or exchange.

Refunds: processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable return fee

Exchanges: sent out as soon as possible after we receive the return
If we’re not satisfied with the condition of the returned item, we may refuse the refund or exchange.
