Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works.

1. Return period

  • We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from purchase.

  • After 30 days, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges but drop us an email and we can always take a look!


2. Condition of items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them

  • Be free from hairs, fibres, stains, pet smells, smoke, perfume, or fabric conditioner

  • Be suitable for resale

We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.


3. How to start a return

Send us all the items you'd like to return or exchange to our address here:

Make sure you include either your original packing slip, a note or both!
Let us know what you'd like (return or which item/size you'd like) so that way we know what to do when it gets back to us.

Once we receive your item back, we'll drop you an email to let you know it's sorted!


4. Faulty or incorrect items

  • If you receive a faulty item or we send the wrong product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact Form.

  • We’ll replace it free of charge and reimburse your return postage (up to the cost of Royal Mail 1st Class) if not using our provided label.

  • You’ll need to return the original item so we can inspect it before sending a replacement.


5. Free gifts with returns

  • If you’re returning your entire order for a refund, please include any free gifts (socks, stickers, lanyards, etc.).

  • If these aren’t returned, we’ll deduct their value from your refund.

  • You can keep free gifts if you’re exchanging or returning only part of your order.


6. Processing your return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s been approved for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable return fee

  • Exchanges: sent out as soon as possible after we receive the return

If we’re not satisfied with the condition of the returned item, we may refuse the refund or exchange.
